Privacy Policy

RYPO India uses the information you provide to prepare quotes, create and operate bookings, collect payments, issue vouchers and invoices, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Information we process

This can include your name, verified mobile number, email address, pickup and destination details, travel schedule, booking notes, invoice information, payment status, device and security logs, and messages sent to support.

Service providers

Location searches and route calculations may send the location text you enter to Google Maps Platform. WhatsApp or SMS OTP and booking messages send your mobile number and the required template parameters to the configured messaging provider, including Bhash where enabled. Payments are completed on the configured payment gateway, such as Razorpay; RYPO does not store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

Website analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies and device information to measure visits, page views and website engagement. RYPO does not send booking, account or payment pages to Analytics, and URL query values are removed from the page addresses used for analytics.

Retention and protection

Booking, tax and payment records are retained for operational and legal requirements. Expired OTPs and sessions are invalidated. Access is limited to authorised staff, security events are logged, and secrets are kept outside published application files.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy or correction of your customer information, request account assistance, or raise a privacy concern through the Contact page. Some booking, invoice and payment records must be retained where law requires it.
