1. Booking confirmation

Your booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is successfully received and acknowledged.

2. Trip schedule

The customer must provide the correct trip date, pickup time, pickup location and contact details while placing the booking request.

3. Fare and extra charges

The fare shown on the website is an estimate unless otherwise stated. Extra waiting, parking, tolls, entry fees, night charges or route changes may be charged separately where applicable.

4. Pickup and reporting

Please ensure that the pickup location is accurate and reachable. Delays caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable customer may affect the trip schedule.

5. Changes and cancellations

Booking changes and cancellations are subject to availability and company policy. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the applicable cancellation terms.

6. Passenger responsibility

Passengers are responsible for maintaining proper conduct during the trip and for carrying valid identity proof when required.

7. Payment

Payment may be collected fully or partially in advance based on service type, trip route and company policy.

8. Final authority

RYPO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to update pricing, routes, trip inclusions and policies without prior notice whenever required for service operations.
